From your first lesson behind the wheel to your first fluent conversation, Hashmi Kanwal gives you the tools, the patience, and the plan to get there.
Whether you’re behind the wheel for the first time, prepping for your permit test, or picking up a new language from scratch—we have a path that fits your goals and schedule.
One-on-one instruction tailored to your comfort level. We start with the basics—clutch control, mirror checks, parallel parking—and build up to confident, independent driving on busy roads.
Speak with clarity and confidence. Our language programs focus on real-world communication—pronunciation, conversation, and cultural context—so you actually use what you learn.
Personalized attention for students who need it most. Whether it’s academic support, test preparation, or mastering a specific skill, we adapt to how you learn best.
Hashmi Kanwal was founded on a simple belief: everyone learns differently, and effective teaching meets the student where they are. Based in Springfield, Virginia, we’ve spent over a decade helping people pass their driving tests, pick up new languages, and tackle academic challenges with confidence.
Our approach is practical, patient, and personalised. No rigid curricula forced on everyone—just clear goals, honest feedback, and lessons that fit your life. That’s why so many students and families in the Springfield area keep coming back and recommending us.
Every lesson is adapted to your pace and learning style. You won’t be rushed, and you won’t be left behind.
Our students consistently pass their driving tests on the first attempt and make rapid progress in language fluency.
Easily accessible from across Springfield and surrounding Northern Virginia communities, with flexible scheduling that works around your day.
We teach skills you actually use—whether that’s navigating rush-hour traffic or holding a natural conversation in a new language.
I was nervous about driving from day one, but the patience and clear explanations made all the difference. I passed my road test on the first try—and actually enjoy driving now.
The language classes here are nothing like my old school classes. We actually speak from the first session, and I can already hold conversations I never thought possible.
My son struggled with math all year. After a few months of private tutoring, his confidence—and his grades—went through the roof. Highly recommend.
